2025 TFALAC Annual Event

TFALAC’s 2025 Annual Event is Saturday, September 6, 2025 (the Saturday after Labor Day).

The TFALAC Annual Event is a midday event featuring
– Registration at approximately 9:00 a.m.
– Social and vendor activities
– Lunch
– Event announcements and Speakers starting at approximately 11:30
– Silent Auction
– Live Auction

The event location will be at the Farm Bureau Expo Center at the at the James E. Ward Agricultural Center on the Wilson County Fairgrounds. (945 East Baddour Parkway, Lebanon, Tennessee 37087)

Keynote Speaker – Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn

Lieutenant General, US ARMY (Retired) Michael T. Flynn is a subject matter expert in Diplomacy, Statecraft, Foreign Policy, Strategy Formulation, Defense, Intelligence, and other areas of national and international security. He served more than 33 years in the Army, Joint, and Special Operations Forces, with multiple overseas combat tours. He is the author of 7 books, two are best sellers. He holds three master’s degrees, an honorary doctorate and currently serves as the Chairman of America’s Future, which is among the nation’s oldest non-profits.

His military career culminated as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and the nation’s highest serving military intelligence officer. Additionally, he served the 45th President of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, as the nation’s 25th National Security Advisor. General Flynn is the recipient of numerous military awards and decorations as well as law enforcement, intelligence community and several non-profit lifetime achievement awards.

Event Sponsors

.Congressman John Rose who represents the 6th District of Tennessee in Congress is a regular TFA supporter and event speaker.  He has announced that he is running for Governor in 2026.

A. J. McCall is a long time TFA member and supporter of all three TFA entities (Tennessee Firearms Association, the TFALAC and the Tennessee Firearms Foundation). He is the driving force at D. T. McCall and Sons which is also a regular supporter of TFA.

Rusty Oak Armory is a long time TFA member and supporter. It is also a long time sponsor of the TFALAC annual event and donates a custom built AR15 as the event’s auction “gun of the year”. Rusty Oak Armory has also produced a custom line of its AR15 rifles and receivers that have serial numbers that start with “TFA….” and TFA’s approved logo if you are in need of a new or additional AR15.

WHMC Gun Shop is returning as an event sponsor with donations of several custom firearms.

Hickok45  has again joined TFALAC as a sponsor. As has been his generous tendency, he has indicated that he will be donating at least one firearm that he has profiled in one of his online videos.

Tier 1 Sponsor

$20,000 Sponsors receive extra large printed banner to be positioned with the TFA logo at the speaker podium and 12 complimentary tickets to the event.

Tier 2 Sponsor

$15,000 would include large printed banner to be positioned near the stage and 12 complimentary tickets to the event.

Tier 3 Sponsor

$10,000 would include inclusion on a printed banner at the event and 12 complimentary tickets to the event.

Tier 4 Sponsor

$5,000 would include inclusion on a printed banner at the event and 6 complimentary tickets to the event.

Vendors

TFALAC’s 2025 Vendors:

We will have space for vendors at this event as we have in the past. Standard vendor packages include one table and 2 admission tickets to the event ($550) or two tables and 2 admission tickets ($750). Prime vendor packages allow for a larger presence, including space for your display booths, and are priced depending on the amount of space that you seek.
